Verify the pending domain's DNS TXT record (owner)

Resolves the TXT challenge with a timeout. Resolver errors are cached at most a minute; TXT mismatches are not cached. Rate-limited per team. The verified domain is unique once this succeeds.

Clear the pending or verified domain (owner)

DELETE /api/agent/teams/{id}/domain. Required scopes: teams:write.

Audit log (admin or owner); members receive 403

`from` is inclusive. CSV (`format=csv`) paginates up to 50,000 rows and sets `X-Audit-Truncated: true` when more exist. Formula-like cells are prefixed with a quote.
