Sends a silent command that removes the push from Notification Center and marks the inbox copy read. Accepts anot_… or notification:anot_…. Returns 502 when no device accepted the command.

Send a one-shot push
With `oncall` (which also needs `oncall:write`), the push pages that on-call group instead (the token owner must be on its team) and returns the page; the Idempotency-Key becomes the page's dedup key.
List the account's pending prompts from every source
There is deliberately no agent route that answers a prompt: approvals come only from a human on the phone or a signed-in session.
