# Request a DNS TXT challenge for an email domain (owner)

Stores a pending domain (not unique). Publish a TXT record at `_notify-verification.<domain>` with value `notify-verify=<token>`, then POST `/teams/{id}/domain/verify`. Public mailbox domains are rejected.
